FPL Differential Tips
Sam Byram (5.0m) vs Aston Villa (H) 0.0% Ownership
Byram joins West Ham from Championship side Leeds United and is tipped to be a possible England international in a few years. He loves to get forwards and whilst traditionally a right back he spent part of his Leeds career as a right forward.
With the injury to Carl Jenkinson it looks like the new signing is going to be thrown straight into the first team after making his debut in the 2-2 draw with Manchester City replacing the injured Jenkinson. His full debut may well come against a goal shy Aston Villa where he has a great chance for an assist and a clean sheet.
Charlie Austin (7.0m) vs Arsenal (A) 0.6% Ownership
Last seasons FPL darling has returned to the game following his move from QPR to Southampton. He made his return to the Premier League with the winning goal against Manchester United; a free header following a wonderful whipped cross from James Ward-Prowse.
The thing that made Austin such an appealing option last season as he always looked like he had goals in him despite QPR not being the most of creative of sides. With the striker now at a more creative side Austin would now replicate his FPL form from last season, he offers a long-term option and you'd imagine his goal against Manchester United puts him in line for a start vs Arsenal.
Gerard Deulofeu (6.1m) vs Newcastle (H) 2.5% Ownership
If you've been a regular reader of our differential tips then you'll know that Deulofeu has featured regularly in these articles and there is good substance for that reason. He's a real danger on the wing and with striker Romelu Lukaku hungry for goals this season they make for an eye-catching paring for Everton's game against Newcastle.
The Spaniard has created 25 chances this season, nine of which have resulted in goals. His personal tally stands at two goals and eight assists for the season, again like Austin there is long-term potential in Deulofeu for the remainder of the season.
Emmanuel Adebayor (MondoGoal: TBC) vs Bournemouth (H)
The former Manchester City, Arsenal and Spurs striker has now signed for London club Crystal Palace and would well make his debut against Bournemouth this weekend. The reason he is our
MondoGoal tip is because there are some doubts over his fitness considering he hasn't played at all this season allowing you to use Adebayor dependant on if he starts.
If he does start he has a fantastic chance of scoring a debut goal and getting his Palace career of to a flyer. He certainly brings some talent, you just need to look at his previous clubs and the gamble is worth taking.
Ashley Williams (FantasyBet: 4.5m) vs West Brom (A)
Swansea's new manager Francesco Guidolin got his first win as Swansea manager in his first game in charge; a 2-1 win over Everton away from home. Despite Swansea's disappointing season so far but Williams has put in a string of impressive performances in recent weeks with Swansea keeping four clean sheets in their last seven Premier League games.
West Brom don't offer much attacking wise scoring only 22 goals this season and a disappointing five in their last six games. We could see yet another clean sheet for Williams
