The win marked AC Milan's first victory over Juventus since November 2012 and the win takes them two points away from top. Meanwhile, Sampdoria ended a miserable run of five matches without a point (LLLDD) with a 2-1 home victory against mid-table Genoa. Juventus have the best home form in the league having won their last 20 on the bounce. Not only have they been winning their home matches, but their home fans have seen over 2.5 goals per game from their last five. Sampdoria on the other hand have failed to win 9 of their last 10 matches on the road and will have a poor previous record against Juventus taking just 1 point from their last 6 meetings.
Despite being served an upset by title rivals AC Milan at the weekend, it's hard to see anything other than Juventus bouncing back with a confident win at home to Sampdoria.
