Welcome back to another Fantasy La Liga five tips article for Gameweek 21. This week,
Callum Read highlights his top five tips ahead of Gameweek 21 in La Liga.
We managed to get through a week of Spanish football without a manager being sacked, although Gary Neville's position is under some speculation after yet another week without a win. Elsewhere Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Barcelona continued their surge for the title with all three winning their respective games, whilst at the bottom half of the table none of the bottom 10 sides won a game.
Here are our five tips for Gameweek 21 of La Liga - our prices come from our partners over at

Tip 1 Celta Vigo to record back to back wins
Celta Vigo's 4-3 win over Levante ended a run of three consecutive defeats and keeps Eduardo Berizzo's side in a European football spot. This weekend we're backing them to record back to back wins when they travel to Rayo Vallecano. A few weeks ago it looked as if Paco's side had taken a step forwards but they've failed to progress and drag themselves out of the relegation zone. Rayo Vallecano have the worst defence in La Liga conceding 45 goals in 20 games, whilst Celta have one of the best attacks scoring 32 goals. It's the likes of
Orellana (MO;12.3m, FB;9.0m) and
Iago Aspas (MO;7.9, FB;9.0m) who will be favourites to get on the score sheet with
John Guidetti (MO;6.4m, FB;7.5m) hopeful of keeping his place following his brace against Levante last weekend.
Tip 2 The Atletico defence once again.
Even if you're not a fan of Diego Simeone's methods you have to admire what he is doing with Atletico Madrid. They currently sit top of La Liga but what is more impressive is their goals conceded. They have only shipped eight goals in 20 league games, a staggering number considering Barcelona have conceded 15 and Real Madrid 19. This weekend they welcome Sevilla to the Vicente Calderón with Sevilla's away form leaving a lot to be desired. It's the usual suspects in
Jan Oblak (MO;11.2m, FB;6.5m),
Diego Godin (MO;11.0m, FB;7.0m) and
Giménez (MO;8.7m, FB;6.0m) who offer solid clean sheet points with
Filipe Luis (MO;11.1m, FB;6.0m) and
Juanfan (MO;9.7m, FB;6.5m) offering attacking potential.
Tip 3 Ronaldo and Benzema to dismantle Real Betis.
Since Zidane took over at Real Madrid they have scored 10 goals and conceded the one. The players seem to be enjoying their football a lot more and look a lot more relaxed both on and off the ball. This weekend they face a Real Betis side that have conceded nine goals in their last five games. It should be a relatively easy job for Real Madrid at the Estadio Benito Villamarín with
Cristiano Ronaldo (MO;20.9m, FB;16.5m) and
Karim Benzema (MO;17.4m, FB;13.0m) the obvious goal getters.
Tip 4 Lucas Perez to rediscover his scoring touch.
Deportivo's striker has 12 goals this season and despite impressing for large parts of the season he hasn't scored in his last four La Liga games, it'll be (hopefully) Gary Neville's Valencia that Lucas will end his drought against. Valencia has been in horrific form they are yet to record a league win under Neville and have conceded nine goals in their last five games. A buoyant Estadio Riazor will be the 12
th man and give
Lucas (MO;11.8m, FB;8.5m) the support he needs.
Tip 5 Getafe to continue their form.
Fran Escribá's side have started to hit a run of form that makes Getafe look like serious top eight side. They are unbeaten in their last six La Liga games winning their latest three matches.
Pablo Sarabia (MO;10.4m, FB;6.5m) has put in some impressive performances of late and in last weeks 3-1 win over Espanyol the 23-year-old grabbed a goal and assist. Upfront for Getafe is
Álvaro Vázquez (MO;4.0m, FB;6.5m) who will be looking to add to his goal tally when Getafe travel to 17
th placed Granada. José Ramón Sandoval's side have conceded 41 goals this season with 16 of those scored in their previous five games. We're backing Sarabia and Vázquez to pile more misery on Granada.
