Another weekend of daily fantasy football is just around the corner and @jamieFPL has returned with his expert advice for the Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 15 fixtures taking place on Saturday December 5th.
This Saturday sees the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City, Spurs and Southampton take on bottom half clubs in fixtures they're expected to easily win. Budget restrictions are going to cause problems to managers with so many high-priced players holding huge potential for points. To help try to free up some cash, we've decided to highlight some bargains for both
Mondogoal and
FantasyBet.
As always, we advise all readers to check the official team line-ups one hour before kick off to ensure all your players (and our tips) are playing. Although we do our best to only select those who we think will start, it's tough to be 100% accurate.
Fixtures:
Stoke vs. Man City
Arsenal vs. Sunderland
Man Utd vs. West Ham
Southampton vs. Aston Villa
Swansea vs. Leicester
Watford vs. Norwich
West Brom vs. Spurs
Chelsea vs. Bournemouth
Mondogoal Bargains For GW15
Maarten Stekelenburg (£6.0m) vs. Aston Villa (H)
Following their 6-1 battering from Liverpool in the Capital One Cup during the week, our selection of Stekelenburg could raise a few eyebrows. Koeman will no doubt be looking for his Saints side to bounce back with three points and a sound defensive display. Aston Villa have lost their last six on the road in the Premier League and find themselves sitting at the foot of the table.
Patrick McNair (£6.1m) vs. West Ham (H)
Manchester United have recorded three clean sheets in their last three home matches in the Premier League and in the absence of Jones & Rojo, Patrick McNair could find himself in the line-up once again. West Ham have struggled in attack since the injury to Dimitri Payet, and the news that Diafra Sakho is ruled out will no doubt increase this struggle. If McNair starts, he's a bargain way into a back line that looks poised for a clean sheet.
Dele Alli (£6.8m) vs. West Brom (A)
Dele Alli returns from suspension and looks set to replace Ryan Mason who limped off during Tottenham's 0-0 draw with Chelsea last weekend. The 19-year old English midfielder has tallied up a goal and assist in his last three matches for Spurs and also fired home a screamer on his senior debut for England against France last month.
Anthony Martial (£5.4m) vs. West Ham (H)
Wayne Rooney has been ruled out of their next two fixtures against West Ham and Wolfsburg, meaning Martial will start up top and have the spotlight on him once again. The former Monaco striker exploded on the scene at United with three goals and an assist in his first three matches, and although his form dipped for his club, he's still looked excellent on the international stage.
Diego Costa (£6.9m) vs. Bournemouth (H)
Despite being benched for the first time by Jose Mourinho last week, we expect Costa to make his way back in to the lineup with Falcao out injured and Remy possibly missing out due to the birth of his child. This game is a must win for Chelsea as failure to secure three points against new-boys Bournemouth would create even more speculation over the manager and player's ability.
Total: £31.2m

David de Gea (£5.5m) vs. West Ham (H)
Another Manchester United defensive tip that's based largely upon the same reasons as our previous Patrick McNair selection. Away at Old Trafford with no Payet and Sakho looks a tall order for the Hammers. Slavan Bilić will no doubt be looking to the likes of Zarate and Carroll to prove their worth in the starting XI, which could mean good points in saves for de Gea.
Kyle Walker (£5.0m) vs. West Brom (A)
Tottenham are undefeated in their last 13 matches in the Premier League and this weekend face a Baggies side that have failed to win any of their last five league games on home turf, losing three. Walker popped up with a goal in Tottenham's 4-1 victory against West Ham a fortnight ago and his attacking potential has seen him rise in ownership as the weeks pass.
Robbie Brady (£5.5m) vs. Watford (A)
Norwich have been poor away from home this season but one player who has stood out in the majority of their fixtures is Robbie Brady. Alex Neil is expected to return to his attacking style against the Hornets, and if Grabban's goal last week was the first of many, we could see Brady profit from all his crosses.
Jamie Vardy (£6.0m) vs. Swansea (A)
Does this choice really need an explanation? Last weekend Jamie Vardy scored his 11
th consecutive Premier League goal breaking Ruud van Nistelrooy's record set in 2003. Another goal this weekend would mean he breaks Jimmy Dunne's long-standing record of 12 games, which has stood since 1932. Opposition Swansea have failed to win in their last five home matches and a visit from Leicester is the last thing they need.
Odion Ighalo (£5.0m) vs. Norwich (H)
Visitors Norwich have only kept one clean sheet so far this season, so it'll be no surprise to see at least one fly past John Ruddy on Saturday. If Watford score, Ighalo usually has something to do with it. The Nigerian striker has scored eight and assisted four already this season. Valued at just £5.0m he's an absolute steal and will free up funds to spend elsewhere.
