United have scored 8 goals in 2 games and have games against Bournemouth with the injury to Francis in the heart of their defence then a trip to Newcastle who recently have shipped 4 goals to a rampant Liverpool team. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken about Sanchez' return in press conferences and the Chilean is working extra shifts over Christmas to be in shape for the Bournemouth game, if not to start against Newcastle.

Nathan Redmond

5.2m Southampton 0.5% Similar budget players: Snodgrass, Kante, Cairney, Neves. Interestingly Nathan Redmond played at least 70 minutes in 16 GWs in a row not returning a single bonus point, goal or assist - that is until the new manager came in at the helm. Ralph Hasenhuttl has changed the way Southampton play, almost overnight. Instituting a version of his 4-2-2-2 Hassenhuttl has instigated a press and most importantly balls into the channels for 2 pacey strikers to retrieve. This stretches the opposition and allows space for the underlap or overlap by the 2 wide attacking mids in the system. This ability to quickly stretch the oppositions defence with balls into the channel and a high press which Ings is adept in from training under Klopp for a few years has allowed players to come into points around the top end of this system. Notably Redmond who as we covered blanked 16 GWs in a row but has since had a goal and 2 assists in 2 games. With a staggering price of 5.2m he could be a fantastic bargain as he is adaptable to both the wide midfielder and pacey channel striker Hasenhuttl likes in his systems.

Michail Antonio

6.8m (Midfielder) West Ham 0.9% Similar budget players: Richarlison, Felipe Anderson, Pereyra, Lingard. Antonio recorded the highest xG of GW18 without scoring a goal, that was of 0.8. He has been going close for several weeks now and costing Snodgrass owners a few assists by narrowly missing out on the goals. However, he is playing Oop in FPL this year, again being preferred by Pellegrini in one of the front 4 if not front 2 positions, but is still registered as a midfielder in the game. He has recorded 2 goals and 2 assists so far and has a great run of fixtures ahead. With the likes of Chicharito carrying a knock and Arnautovic working his way back to fitness, Antonio could partner Carroll up top for the next games with minimal rotation risk, unless Lucas Perez pops up for another haul. When all 4 strikers return however Antonio carries the added bonus of being a player who can play many positions, from on the wing to right back he could find a place in West Ham's team who still have a good mid term fixture list. Of course he is a bit of a troll and at the moment there are better players in his price bracket, but it is the season for big scores and I wouldn't be surprised if Antonio chipped in with one of these at some point soon, rewarding the very few managers who have the luxury to take this risk.

Vicente Guaita

4.2m Crystal Palace 0.3% Wayne Hennessey has been an ever-present in the Palace goal this season as summer signing Guaita has watched from the bench. However, in recent weeks, due to a lack of fitness at least Hennessey has found himself out of the team and Guaita has come in and recorded a clean sheet and a role in Palace's 3-2 victory over champions Manchester City. Now we do not quite know if he will keep his place in the long term, but Palace can sometimes sure up as a solid defensive unit, and a keeper for this cheap in behind them could be a fantastic back up, rotation keeper in your sides. 4.0m Brighton Keeper � On an additional note to Keeper recruitment, Matt Ryan is leaving soon for the Asia Cup and could be missing from GW20-25, should Australia reach the final and then give Matt Ryan a full week to recover before his next game. This leaves the door open to Button or Steele (both 4.0m) to have a starting role for Brighton during this spell, giving us FPL managers the 4.0m starting keeper, allowing us funds further up the pitch and security if our other or rotation keeper misses out on a GW or two. Brighton could also possibly recall Walton from his loan at Wigan where he has featured 23 times this season for the Latics, I do not know the minutia of his loan agreement but we will have to do some research and see what Hughton says in press conferences.
