Richard Scudamore might have different ideas, but for this season at the very least, gameweek 38 equals the end of the line for this year's Premier League. And while there might be just three teams in the league with meaningful fixtures this weekend, for we intrepid fantasy managers, there's always plenty to play for.
That's why this week, we've been searching for those hard-to-find potential differentials with all the determination of a man trying to find a tall bespectacled man in a red-and-white jumper in the world's most difficult Where's Wally page.
Here's the differentials that make our Fantasy Premier League tips for gameweek 38.

Marc Albrighton vs QPR (H)
The Foxes are safe, and face already-relegated QPR at home in GW38. That alone makes Albrighton an attractive enough proposition, but a look at the likely left-hand side of the QPR XI gives further cause for cheer.
Clint Hill is likely to start at left-back, and Junior Hoilett - who isn't exactly the most defensively-diligent winger in the world - is in the running to start on the left of midfield.
That should mean Albrighton sees plenty of the ball, in plenty of space too. If he can pick Leonardo Ulloa out with a few crosses, it should mean plenty of points too.

Mark Noble vs Newcastle (A)
A real hunch this one, but we're absolutely convinced that Newcastle's horribly-disorganised and glacier-slow backline will give away a penalty this week. More than that, we're convinced they'll lose, and lose convincingly, only to have their Premier League survival confirmed by results elsewhere.
With all that in mind, the uber-consistent Hammers spot-kicker could be a real surprise package in GW38.
Granted, the likelihood of the Geordies conceding a penalty is much-reduced now that Mike Williamson is suspended, but we're confident one of their myriad other clown-shoed stoppers will step up to the mark.[/mks_one_half]

Robbie Brady vs Man Utd (H)
Are we serious? Damn straight we are. United have previous form when it comes to final day defeats to teams in need of a win (West Ham's 1-0 win at OT in 2007), and if the Tigers are to pull off their own unlikely last-day survival act, we're putting our money on Brady to be the catalyst.
His ability from set-pieces is well known, and given Hull's lack of cutting edge in open play, a dead-ball situation seems Hull's likeliest route to goal. A punt, yes -- but one that just might come off.

Jack Butland vs Liverpool (H)
Liverpool's season is unravelling - scratch that, it's unravelled and lying in a tangled heap of thread on the floor.
With the Raheem Sterling issue reaching a head and Stevie G signing off at the Britannia, we can see this one going one of two ways - either a Stoke win in a scruffy game, or a drab goalless draw with fewer shots on target than Alan Pardew has self-doubts.
Either way, we're backing a clean sheet for England man Butland.[/mks_one_half]

Jeffrey Schlupp vs QPR (H)

[mks_one_half]Left wing-back Schlupp should also have something of a field day against the ragged Rs; Nedum Onuoha has arguably been the weakest link in an already less-than-sturdy defence, and he won't be relishing the prospect of the lightning-quick (and plenty strong) Schlupp bombarding down his side.
Expect fireworks from the one-time Manchester United triallist.
