Gameweek 36 was a disappointing one for many, although our Sword, Form, Punt and Park the Bus picks all delivered credible scores. Mohammed Salah disappointed many managers and those who gambled on going without the Premier League main man for the final few weeks of the season, dodged a bullet. The final double gameweek of the season is finally here, with many managers saving their precious Triple Captain chip for this one. If you've yet to play it, this is THE week to activate. Who's worthy of earning it? There's a massive SEVEN picks for you to consider. Remember, the deadline is on Friday at 19:00 BST, don't miss it!GW36 TOP CAPTAINS:

Shield Pick: Harry Kane vs West Brom (A) & Newcastle (H)
As soon as the fixtures were announced, many managers declared their Triple Captain chip would be with Kane for this one: star Premier League striker pitted against weaker opposition. Easy right? Well the situation has been confused by Kane's recent lacklustre performances since injury, plus the defences he faces tightening things up. However, Kane has goals in back to back Premier League games, plus he's still in the golden boot race. His gametime security and determination to score means that he edges things slightly for me! He's on penalties and will be the most captained this week. Are you going with the shield pick? It's going to be so, so hard to choose between Kane and Jesus for TC. Kane has the desire, history & higher ceiling. Jesus has the personal/team form & better fixtures.

Sword Pick: Gabriel Jesus vs Huddersfield (H) & Brighton (H)
Jesus looks set to be a popular captain contender behind Kane and it's easy to see why. With Aguero still injured, I'd be surprised if Jesus didn't start both of these games, unless Pep let's Sterling play false nine. He is a man in form too, with 4 goals and 3 assists across his last 6 games. There's the Premier League trophy party, followed by City's last game of the season, plus they are chasing records for most wins/points and goals scored. Will you be opting for the sword pick?24 - Gabriel Jesus has been directly involved in 24 goals in 25 Premier League starts for Man City (18 goals, 6 assists); scoring in each of the last four PL games in which he's started. Form Pick: Raheem Sterling vs Huddersfield (H) & Brighton (H)
My gut is telling me that Sterling is the key captain pick for this week and if you're set on a City player, then I'd select him over the others. The only issue is the amount of minutes he will get across the two games: if he starts both then expect a massive score. He's amassed three consecutive double digit scores, with 3 goals and 7 assists over his last six games. His confidence is so high right now and he hasn't blanked at home this year! Will you gamble on the form pick?Man of the match, @ManCity's Raheem Sterling

Fixture Pick: Kevin De Bruyne vs Huddersfield (H) & Brighton (H)
Another City player has caught my eye for this one, the man in third place for FPL points this season shouldn't be discounted. With David Silva spending time in Spain given the title is sown up, De Bruyne could be set for two full home games. His output hasn't been as prolific as you'd expect in the last couple of weeks, but he did score in the last home game and the potential is there for big points. Two favourable home games await, against sides in the bottom half of the table. Are you going with the fixture pick?Players With 10+ Premier League Assists This Season

Punt Pick: Paul Pogba vs Brighton (A) & West Ham (A)
Lukaku's knock against Arsenal sent shockwaves through the FPL community and looking through the options from Manchester United, Pogba is the best bet. If Lukaku does miss a game, then who knows what Jose goes with in the forward positions. Pogba should start both games. He's in form for United, with 3 goals and 1 assist in his last four games. His away form is arguably better than at Old Trafford, with returns in his last three on the road. It's a riskier pick, will you take the punt?4 - Paul Pogba has been directly involved in four goals in his last four Premier League games (3 goals, 1 assist); as many as in his previous 12 games in the competition. Park the Bus Pick: Ederson vs Huddersfield (H) & Brighton (H)
The article is very City heavy, however their fixtures are ridiculously good. Huddersfield and Brighton don't exactly score loads of goals and Ederson is chasing De Gea for the golden glove, just two behind. He has started every game for City, and with rotation in the back four, he's the safest route into their defence. There's even rumours that he could take a penalty for City before the end of the season. Are you brave enough to captain a keeper?"I want to score before the end of the season. If Pep asks me to take a penalty, I'm there."

Clueless Husband Pick: Christian Eriksen vs West Brom (A) & Newcastle (H)
After a monumental error last week, my Clueless Husband was rewarded by Eriksen returns and he's holding firm once more this time around. He's even going to unleash the TRIPLE CAPTAIN chip on the Dane. Eriksen has been keeping his squad afloat in recent weeks, including a respectable score when many failed in Double Gameweek 34. With four goals and two assists in his last six games, will you be siding with my Clueless Husband? Until Next Week… Good Luck! Holly. Follow Holly for more FPL insight...
