Alexis Sanchez's monster 23-point haul away at West Ham keeps him at the summit of our form table. The Chilean grabbed an assist against Stoke at the weekend and has now delivered five goals and two assists in his last four games.
Diego Costa has become Mr. Consistent for his Chelsea this season. Not only has he delivered attacking returns in each of this last six games and seems to have curbed the behaviour which made him a yellow card magnet in the past. As a result, he has also picked up 16 bonus points so far.
Both
Harry Kane and
Zlatan Ibrahimovic have delivered four goals in their last four games and an average of 7.5 points apiece. Kane has scored two braces in his last two home games, while the Swede has three in his last two on the road.
Since Philippe Coutinho was sidelined with injury,
Sadio Mane has stepped up his creative output with four goals and an assist. He set up both goals against West Ham and has averaged seven points over the last four.
Eden Hazard meanwhile needs to step up his returns having scored a solitary goal since scoring 19 points against Everton.

Kane's favourable set of home fixtures continues this week as Spurs host a Hull City side that have conceded 11 goals over the last four. Six of those came against Bournemouth, but Spurs will be eager to bounce back after losing to Manchester United and could put a few goals past Mike Phelan's side.
Chelsea will expect to continue their winning streak when they head to the Stadium of Light. Sunderland have tightened up in recent times but will struggle to hold out against a side that have won nine on the trot.
Last week it looked like Crystal Palace might be turning a corner after keeping a clean sheet against Sunderland. They let in three goals at Hull and have kept only one clean sheet this season.
Everton have been relatively poor of late but boast a decent defensive record at home still, having let in three goals and conceded five big chances in their last four. Middlesbrough have been defensively solid all season and might just be able to shut out - or at least limit - Jurgen Klopp's free-scoring Reds; they've already kept a clean sheet against Arsenal and conceded just once to Manchester City and Chelsea.

Gameweek 16 Captain: Harry Kane[/caption]
Based on form and fixtures, there are two clear standout options.
Harry Kane has both home form on his side and an attractive fixture against Hull. The England international has scored consecutive braces at home to West Ham and Swansea City and will fancy his chances of repeating the feat against the Tigers.
For those who don't own the Tottenham man,
Diego Costa should deliver returns against Sunderland. The Black Cats have improved recently but will struggle to shut out the league leaders, and Costa has now scored or assisted in all but two games this season.
While Costa is likely to score points, we're backing
Kane as the top option this week. He's against a Hull side that are leaking goals, is in great form and also has penalties on his side - something which the Tigers have conceded more of than any other side.
