Gameweek 10 Point Predictor For Fantasy Premier League.
Ahead of Gameweek 10, @Brettsby has returned with five players that he thinks will score four or more points. From the five picks, one must be a goalkeeper or defender and two of the midfielders/forwards must be valued under £8.0m. Each week, a different Fplbet pundit will challenge Brettsby with five of their own picks. The highest scoring pick in each category will earn 1 point, if the overall scores are equal then it'll go down to a tie-breaker.@Brettsby's Five Picks:
@Tongueinloftus' Five Picks:
Holebas (DEF, £4.7m): Jose Holebas, or Cholevas, or whatever his bloody name is, has been on a decent run of form. The Watford defender has scored 2 and grabbed an assist in his last 5 games, and I think a home fixture against Hull is the perfect chance to add to that impressive tally. He's currently being played in an advanced position, and there's every reason to expect a clean-sheet too. Son (MID, £7.7m): Son is very quickly becoming my favourite Korean export. He'll have to score a few more goals before he knocks Tesco's new duck wraps off the top, but he's certainly making headway. The Spurs man has suffered a dip in form recently, but I don't think he'll fade into the murky depths of FPL obscurity any time soon. After a rest mid-week, I expect the Korean forward to do well against Leicester's poor away defending. Mata (MID, £7.4m): I love Juan Mata. I don't care who knows it anymore. I love him. When he went over to that disabled kid and took a photo with him I felt genuinely resentful that I'm so darn able-bodied. When he's played, he's played very well. I think Mourinho will give him the nod after the 4-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge, and against Burnley, I think he can definitely rack up some points. Sanchez (MID, £11.3m): This doesn't require a huge amount of analysis. Sunderland have been terrible, Arsenal have been very good. Sanchez may not have registered one of his characteristic huge hauls in a while, but we all know he's due one. He'll get his teeth stuck into this fixture and emerge with at least a goal. Mane (MID, £9.0m): It wouldn't be a points predictor without a nod to Liverpool's fantastic form. Liverpool's offensive prowess is so good it's almost offensive, and Mane has proven central to their flair. Whilst the attacking midfielder may not always be on the scoresheet, I feel he, above all of his colleagues, is the most likely to grab a huge haul. Coutinho, Firmino, Lallana are all solid options, but Mane has something of the prolific about him, and I think he'll punish Phallus.[alert type=yellow ]Introducing Bet4theBest
