We've reached the final quarter of the season and although Liverpool will not be able to lift a gold Premier League trophy at the end of it, there is no doubt that they've been head and shoulders above the rest.
In a sense it is a shame that the race for invincibility has come to an end, because ultimately it means Liverpool will now be playing in a series of relative dead rubbers before they are inevitably crowned champions in a few weeks.
However, there really is a lot to still to play for and anyone from Chelsea to Norwich is involved in some form of season defining battle, whether it be the battle for the continent or the quest to avoid the drop.
That means, there are plenty of important stats to analyse and numbers to be crunched and with that in mind, it is once again time for everyone's favourite weekly series….

Liverpool have won their last 21 home matches (Premier League). I guess it's one record that they can continue this weekend, but also there is a sense of after the Lord Mayor's show, as they really wanted 50 not out and/or being invincible.
Still that said, a win would take them closer to their inaugural winning of the Premier League and will also set them in good stead as they prepare to overturn a 1-0 deficit to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League Round of 16.

Norwich have attempted the fewest crosses per game in the Premier League this season, with 12.46. Perhaps more of a wide threat would have assisted the Canaries, something that plays into the accusation that Daniel Farke is perhaps a bit too ‘one-note' at times.
There have been under 2.5 goals scored in 10 of Sheff Utd's last 11 games (Premier League). All signs point to more of the same at Bramall Lane this weekend.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has now scored 13 Premier League goals this season � 35% of Everton's league total. Is it a contribution that could see the Merseyside star make the England squad this Summer?

Newcastle have not scored in their last four league matches and are averaging just 0.85 goals a game. They say the table doesn't lie, but for the Magpies it might just be telling a rather large fib. If this goal drought continues, it could be a rather tough end to the season.
While on the topic of Newcastle and goals: Joelinton (Newcastle United) has had the most poor touches that lead to a turnover in the Premier League this season, with 117.
Crystal Palace have had the fewest shots per game in the Premier League this season, with 9.89. It's certainly not been pretty at Selhurst Park but it has just about worked, and it means the Eagles will be in the top-flight next time around.
Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace) has been tackled the most times in the Premier League this season, with 112. Evidence of the mantra: “If you cannot beat them, simply kick them instead” That said, he does moan a bit doesn't he.
