They've won just one game away from the London Stadium this season coming against Crystal Palace, losing the other four. They've also conceded 11 goals on the road this season. This game really is Tottenham's to lose and although anything can happen in a London derby it shouldn't affect Mauricio Pochettino's side. Spurs' fielded a 3412 formation in their last fixture, whilst, West Ham have also played with the formation in recent weeks.
