After Sheffield United let us down on last weekend's 10/1 treble (cheers guys), it is time for this season's last roll of the betting dice and with that, the final opportunity to ‘bash the bookies' between now and September.

MORE NORWICH MISERY

How do you sum up Norwich's last nine league performances in one word? Bleak. A defeat in each one of them and with a visit to Manchester City on the horizon, there is little to suggest that number ten is not on the way.

The Canaries have scored just a single goal during those uninspiring nine defeats and with Pep Guardiola's litany of attacking prowess to call upon, it could get particularly ugly at the Etihad on Sunday afternoon.

However, there is a sense that Norwich may at least play for pride this weekend and although a point of any kind is outside the realm of possibility, they may not get thumped by something resembling a cricket score.

Which means the Under goals market is the one to keep an eye on and less than 4.5, at odds of 1.50 seems to be the yardstick between a comfortable win for Manchester City win and something resembling embarrassment for Daniel Farke's men.

PALACE ON THE BEACH

With Crystal Palace ending the season at the start of June, they have been the poster image of a club that is on the beach and with seven straight defeats to their name, it will be music to the ears of Tottenham.

Jose Mourinho's men come into the final day of the season needing to get a better result than Wolves and if the latter lose, it means that the white half of North London need a point to finish in the top six.

A position that should (bar an incredible combination of circumstances) see them enter next season's Europa League and although it is not what the club set out to achieve at the start of the campaign, European football will still be welcomed next season.

Should Tottenham play in Europe's second tier club competition, they is no reason why they cannot go on and win it, especially as Mourinho has overseen success at that level with both FC Porto and Manchester United (although the former was when it was still called the UEFA Cup)

If Crystal Palace record an eighth straight defeat on Sunday, a big question will be asked regarding Roy Hodgson's future and it might just be the point where he and the club's hierarchy reach a natural parting of the ways.

That will be of no concern to Tottenham and after putting Leicester to the sword last Sunday, they will look to make it six league games unbeaten. Should that be the case and they win on Sunday, you can pick up odds of 1.53 for your efforts.
