Welcome back to another Daily Fantasy Football tips article. Last week we saw both Newcastle, Sunderland and Stoke continue their winless start to the season whilst Manchester City and Leicester continued their unbeaten starts.
Elsewhere Chelsea's defence continued to look shaky with Jose Mourinho's side conceding three away to Everton leaving them with the worst defence in the Premier League. West Ham also looked impressive in their 2-0 win over Newcastle.
We aim to bring you Daily Fantasy Football Tips focusing on both the daily games provided by MondoGoal and FantasyBet. The tips can also be used for FPL.

Clean Sheet Potential
The bookies across the country are indicating that, Manchester City, Liverpool, Bournemouth, Aston Villa and Manchester United are the five most teams likely to keep a clean sheet this weekend. Interestingly enough the bookies seem to think most teams are going to concede this weekend with West Ham the only team whose odds are above 4/1.
Goalkeeper Tips
If Manchester City keep on keeping clean sheets then we will keep on tipping
Joe Hart (FPL; 5.7m, MondoGoal; 10.3m, FantasyBet; 5.5m) We are now five games into the season and Hart is yet to pick up the ball from the back of his net in the Premier League. Is there such thing as being due a goal? Are Manchester City due to concede this weekend because they've not conceded yet in the Premier League? City welcome West Ham and although the Hammers' have already beaten Liverpool and Arsenal away from home, this is a different test.
So far this season West Brom have only scored three goals, two of which came against Chelsea. This weekend they play fierce rivals Aston Villa away from home. Villa will be looking to shut out West Brom and take all three points. If they are to their American keeper
Brad Guzan (FPL; 4.5m MondoGoal; 4.1m FantasyBet; 4.5m) will play a pivotal role. Although this is a derby game and “Anything can happen in a derby,” we feel Villa will have enough to keep their second clean sheet of the season.
Defender Tips
As previously mentioned the bookies are finding it tough to pick out a clean sheet this weekend, so this weekend try base your team around those attacking defenders who have more chance of picking up an assist. Firstly is Simon Francis
(FPL; 4.5m MondoGoal; 8.6m FantasyBet; 4.5m) So far this season Francis has two assists to his name from right back. He's an attacking threat and with Callum Wilson to aim for he has an adequate striker capable of finishing his crosses. This weekend Bournemouth play Sunderland at Dean Court, if they can shut up the Black Cats' strikers Francis could be in line for a big scoring weekend.
Next up is Chelsea's newest defensive acquisition
Baba Rahman (FPL; 6.0m MondoGoal; 7.5m FantasyBet; 6.0m) there is somewhat of a risk involved in this selection as Mourinho could easily revert to having Azpiliquta at left back and Ivanovic at right back, but the Ghanaian defender was faultless on his Chelsea debut. He looks to attack whenever possible but is also a very capable defender who wins a lot of tackles. As we know with MondoGoal, tackles get you bonus points! Chelsea play London rivals Arsenal this weekend who don't look like they have hit top form yet this season. Mourinho will be drilling his defence this week as he looks to change the clubs fortunes around.
Finally completing the defender tips is
Kyle Walker (FPL; 5.0m MondoGoal; 7.8m FantasyBet; 5.0m) it's usually fantasy football rules to not select a Tottenham defender because they are so unpredictable and unreliable. So far this season they've kept two clean sheets, coming in their latest two games against Everton and Sunderland. Walker has some question marks about his game but he is an attacking player who has every chance of picking up an assist against Palace this weekend.
Attacking Potential
Looking back and the bookies odds, they are suggesting that, Manchester City, Tottenham, Swansea, Bournemouth and Everton are the five most likely teams to score this weekend. With this in mind it wouldn't be the worst idea to base your attack around these players.
Midfielder Tips
Ross Barkley (FPL; 6.8m MondoGoal; 11.3m FantasyBet; 6.5m) has really hit the ground running this season. He currently has two goals to his name and three assists he is now showing the potential we all knew he had two seasons ago. Barkley is a very creative outlet for Everton and can not only spot a pass but execute it with ease. As we've seen in the past he also knows how to pull magic out of the hat when Everton really need it. He is going to need to step up to the plate this weekend when Everton travel to Swansea but both Martinez and the Everton faithful know he has the talent to do so.
One of the most loveable players in todays game is none other than
Juan Mata (FPL; 8.5m MondoGoal; 12.2m FantasyBet; 8.6m) of Manchester United. The Spaniards simplicity on the ball combined with his loveable personality makes him a fan favourite wherever he goes. So far this season he has one goal and two assists to his name but he has been one of Manchester United's most creative players creating more chances than any other Manchester United player with 11. He is going to need to be on top of his game to help United break down the Southampton defence but we believe he is more than capable of doing so.
Did someone say a Leicester City could be becoming fixture proof?
Riyad Mahrez (FPL; 6.3m MondoGoal; 10.6m FantasyBet; 6.0m) is starting to show form that could well make him become just that. He has without doubt been Leicester's best player this season, with four goals and two assists to his name the Algerian has been the standout star for the Foxes. His magical footwork and eye for a goal is making him a nightmare for opposition defenders. The only problem with selecting Mahrez is a lot of other players are going to do so, it might even be worth placing him in your daily fantasy football side(s) just to cancel out the opposition.
Last season
Dele Alli (FPL; 4.9m MondoGoal; 5.3m FantasyBet; 5.0) was causing League 1 defenders all sorts of problems. After his move to Tottenham in January not many could foresee him becoming a key player for Spurs. The youngster has adapted fantastically to life in the Premier League and doesn't look at all out of place. Various vines are doing the rounds on social media every weekend of another nutmeg the former MK Dons man has pulled off almost effortlessly. He currently has one goal to his name and one assist coming in the Europa League. Alli's runs into the opposition box and trickery will be needed this weekend when they face Crystal Palace.
Finally completing the midfield tips is
Philippe Coutinho (FPL; 8.1m MondoGoal; 11.0m FantasyBet; 8.0m) who bar his goal against Stoke is yet to find his form. Last season Coutinho was unplayable at times and was a nightmare to play against. We are yet to see that player turn up this year but could Norwich be the invitation he needs to kick start his season? Norwich don't have the best of defences conceding nine goals so far this season. If that is to continue to rise this weekend the Brazilian midfielder could well have a say in it. He seems to be able to find the runs of his strikers without breaking a sweat and can produce a shot when everyone else thinks it isn't on.
Forward Tips
Starting off the forward tips is
Callum Wilson (FPL; 5.9m MondoGoal; 8.8m FantasyBet; 5.5m) his stats could be a little misleading having scored four goals in five games looks good on paper. Three of those came in one game against West Ham meaning he has drawn a blank in three of his Premier League games this season. Nevertheless he is still a very good player and his pace this weekend is going to be needed to exploit the Sunderland defence. It's been made no secret just how poor Sunderland have been this season, conceding 11 in five games. Eddie Howe will be looking towards his young striker to help his team grab all three points.
It came as a surprise to many that
Jamie Vardy (FPL; 6.2m MondoGoal: 7.0m, FantasyBet 6.0m) was called into the England squad towards the end of last season, but so far this season he has justified that selection. He currently has three goals and one assist to his name this season and his hard working mentality is going to be key this weekend when Leicester travel to Stoke City. He is good in the air but is also capable of beating a man before finishing and celebrating with his fellow team mates. The form of midfielder Mahrez is going to see Vardy have more chances this season which should lead to more goal.
