Fantasy Europa League Round of 32 returns on February 18th with a range fixtures that feature the likes of Man United, Spurs, Dortmund and Napoli. The large slate means lots of variance amongst daily fantasy teams, which means you'll need to be very thorough in your team selection with so many big names to choose from. This article been split into two segments; defensive tips and attacking tips. Each segment will start with a table that indicates the five teams we feel have the best chance of keeping a clean sheet and scoring.

Fixtures - kick off at 18:00

Midtylland Vs. Man United St. Etienne Vs. FC Basel Fiorentina Vs. Tottenham Sevilla Vs. Molde Anderlecht Vs. Olympiacos Dortmund Vs. Porto Villarreal Vs. Napoli

The table below displays which teams from this slate have the best chance of a clean sheet based on their defensive form in qualifying matches and bookies odds converted into an implied chance percentage:
Team Goals Conceded Clean Sheet Odds
Sevilla 11* 63.69%
Dortmund 5 51.28%
Man United 7* 51.18%
Saint-Etienne 7 40.82%
Fiorentina 6 36.36%
* Goals conceded statistic taken from their Champions League qualifying matches as opposed to Europa League due to their qualification route.
Seville are the bookies favourites for a clean sheet when they host Norwegian outfit Molde at Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium. Despite conceding 11 in the group stages, it's important to note that eight of these came in away matches. At home Seville are a different side and didn't concede to either Juventus or Borussia M. Gladbach. Mariano is the Seville defender you're looking for if you want somebody who's consistent in both defence and attack. He has three assists from 13 appearances in La Liga and has averaged over 7.5pts from his last three appearances on Mondogoal. Since Manchester United last played in the Europa League, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has gone from an unknown youngster to a regular first teamer. The left-back showed potential from both a defensive and attacking point of view, tallying up two clean sheets and an assist in his last five matches. Winning the Europa League would grant Man United qualification to the Champions League next year, so we expect LvG to field a strong team.   Franck Tabanou is always a good pick as he possesses a huge attacking threat but also plays for a St. Etienne side who aren't shy of a clean sheet. The Swansea-loanee is often deployed as a right wing-back which encourages him to go forward, and so far this season he's recorded a whopping 1.2 shots per game in Ligue 1. Despite having 19 goals and 19 assists from his time in France, he's still available at a small price.   Mariano (Mondogoal: £8.3m, FantasyBet: £6m) Cameron Borthwick-Jackson (Mondogoal: 6.7m, FantasyBet: 5.5m) Frank Tabanou (Mondogoal: 5.5m, FantasyBet: £5m)   The table below displays which teams from this slate have the best chance of scoring based on their attacking form in qualifying matches and bookies odds to more than two goals converted into an implied chance percentage:
Team Goals Scored To Score 2+ Odds
Sevilla 8* 83.33%
Dortmund 10 66.67%
Man United 7* 57.80%
Fiorentina 11 44.44%
Saint-Etienne 10 44.44%
* Goals scored statistic taken from their Champions League qualifying matches as opposed to Europa League due to their qualification route.
Kevin Gameiro has scored 9 times in his last 10 appearances in all competitions. All of these goals have come at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, which is where they host Molde. The Frenchman has averaged 2.3 shots per game in La Liga this season and always plays on the last man and with midfield maestro Ever Banega supplying the striker with defence splitting through balls, this plays right into the hands of Gameiro. If you looked at Konstantinos Fortounis' tally for the season you wouldn't be mistaken for thinking he's a striker rather than a midfielder, he's scored 15 goals and assisted five in the league. He is certainly in hot form as well, scoring five goals in his last five games as well as contributing three assists in the same period. Olympiakos are a very attacking side that score plenty of goals even on their travels, scoring 27 league goals in 12 away games, they also beat Arsenal 3-2 at the Emirates Stadium earlier this season. The 23-year-old also takes penalties for the Greek outfit. Tottenham's surge for the Premier League title may lead them to neglect the Europa League and field a weaker team, whilst Fiorentina sit in third place eight points of leaders Juventus, so we expect a strong team from Paulo Sousa. Josip Ilicic has been an attacking outlet for the Italian side scoring 10 goals and assisting five in the Serie A, whilst in the Europa League he's scored two goals in four games. The Slovakian averages 2.6 shots per game and 1.6 key passes in the league. Marc Janko comes in at the minuscule price tag of £3.5m on Mondogoal, if you're looking to free up some funds. The Austrian striker is currently the highest goalscorer in the Swiss Super League with 13 goals in 16 appearances. If you fancy Basel's chances to break down St. Etienne away from home, then draft in Janko.   Kevin Gameiro (Mondogoal: £9.0m, FantasyBet: £11.5m) Josip Ilicic (Mondogoal: £12.3m, FantasyBet: £8.0m) Konstantinos Fortounis (Mondogoal: £7.0m, FantasyBet: £5.5m) Marc Janko (Mondogoal: £3.5m, FantasyBet: £9.0m)
